- Support: You provide prompt, professional first and second line technical support (OnPremise, Remote, Phone/Teams).
- Diagnosis: Managed through Intune and MECM, you diagnose and resolve client issues at OS and application levels.
- Assistance: As required, you offer global on-site technical assistance.
- Infrastructure: You investigate and resolve critical infrastructure issues with agreed actions.
- Coordination: You coordinate with external suppliers and support teams when necessary.
- Development: You develop and enhance existing IT environments, align with IT roadmap, and plan new technology implementations.
- Training: Relevant to business needs, you attend training sessions to maintain skills. Qualificationsarrow_right
- IT Qualification: Completed IT education and relevant professional experience.
- Services & Client Systems: Proficiency in core infrastructure services and client systems like MS Windows 10/11, MS Office365, Apple iOS/Android.
- Operating Systems: Experience with various operating systems, including mobile platforms.
- Cloud: Strong knowledge of Cloud Technologies, AD, and MS Entra.
- Hardware: Familiarity with hardware from brands like DELL, HP, Apple, Samsung, and others.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve problems independently.
- Flexibility: Willingness for 18x6 on-call support and international travel (up to 5% per year).
