Responsible for the entire life cycle of contracts, from creation to termination

Leading contract negotiations with suppliers and partners

Assessment and quantification of economic and legal risks

Ensuring that contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements

Maintaining and organizing contract-related documents and records

Ensuring the availability of up-to-date contracts for relevant stakeholders

Working closely with internal departments to ensure contracts meet operational requirements

Ihr Profil

Bachelors or Master in supply chain, economics, law or equal education

Professional experience in a comparable position desirable

Negotiation skills, rhetoric and solid knowledge of contract management

Very good time management as well as independent and solution-oriented way of working
