Ihre Aufgaben

• Responsible for the entire life cycle of contracts, from creation to termination

• Leading contract negotiations with suppliers and partners

• Assessment and quantification of economic and legal risks

• Ensuring that contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements

• Maintaining and organizing contract-related documents and records

• Ensuring the availability of up-to-date contracts for relevant stakeholders

• Working closely with internal departments to ensure contracts meet operational requirements

• Communicating with external partners and suppliers on contractual matters, Konecranes is committed to ensuring that all employees and job applicants are treated fairly in an environment which is free from any form of discrimination.

Ihr Profil

• Bachelors or Master in supply chain, economics, law or equal education

• Professional experience in a comparable position desirable

• Negotiation skills, rhetoric and solid knowledge of contract management

• Very good time management as well as independent and solution-oriented way of working

• Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial action

• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as persuasive skills
