Key Responsibilities:

Develop a winning strategy for profitable growth in the Energy Storage Solutions business segment.

Build strong relationships with key customers and leading players in the industry.

Understand customers' business models, revenue streams, and decision factors.

Lead a team of Business Development Managers, providing guidance and support.

Collaborate closely with the Energy and Storage Solutions Business unit to align strategies and market positioning.

Drive demand for our Energy Storage Solutions and services.

Support the sales of Energy Storage Solutions service agreements.

Ensure adherence to sales processes and governance models.

Report results, including win/loss analyses and lessons learned.

Foster cooperation between teams, delivery organizations, and product management.

Lead the business efficiently and sustainably, promoting a high-performance culture.
Requirements:

Relevant degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience, including leadership roles and management of a team.

Extensive knowledge of the Renewables industry and Energy Storage industry.

Proven experience in managing multi-stakeholder profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities.
