Digitalization Business Analyst

Ihre Aufgaben

• Manage the roll-out of digital solutions in European markets in co-operation with the Head of Digitalization. Ensure that digital solutions are accepted and used and, in addition, gather feedback for improvements

• Maintain existing solutions as needed in co-operation with the Head of Digitalization

• Understand and analyze the digitalization needs of the local management team, employees, and customers. Communicate as required with various stakeholders to ensure that their needs are included in the global solutions

• Provide user training and support

• Observe and report on Digitalization trends in the region

• Be part of global projects and support your colleagues as needed

Ihr Profil

• Successful education in Business Administration or other relevant field

• You have interest in business, with a flair for digital solutions

• You are a strong team player, at ease with transversal collaboration

• Tenacious, curious and creative personality with strengths in communication and in building relationships

• To be comfortable in this role, you must be fluent in English. French and any other European language would be an asset

• Several years of professional experience in the field of business analysis, IT, or business administration. Previous experience in an international environment is preferred

• You have a high degree of autonomy, are innovative and driven to find solutions

• Strong analytical skills, from a details view to helicopter view

• Digital culture attracts you and you have a particular interest in new technologies

• Willingness to travel in Europe: approx. 20% is required
