Ceragon Networks' Sales Manager / Director will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth in the region by developing, maintaining and effectively growing our customer base. The right candidate must have a proven track record of effectively hunting and finding new business in the Utility & Energy Sectors. The individual must be well versed in wireless applications, understand solution selling, and be results driven with a clear record of exceeding sales targets. Ihre Aufgaben
o
- Responsible for sales for Ceragon Networks in North America (NA) focusing on our Critical Infrastructure Business in the Utility & Energy Markets. Job duties include: o
- Execute on Ceragon's comprehensive Go-To-Market sales strategy for the Utility & Energy vertical markets to achieve booking, revenue, profit and growth targets o
- Execute sales, strategic account planning and overall relationship management for our vertical customers o
- Act as a trusted advisor to influence customer's technology platform decisions and develop preference and loyalty for Ceragon solutions o
- Develop, manage, and report on KPI's including sales funnel and provide accurate and timely forecasts to management o
- Use Sales Force and other company tools to provide business information in support of sales activities o
- Work with internal stakeholders to exceed customer expectations o
- Conduct sales activities including solution selling, establishing value prop, responding to tenders, and performing hands-on demonstrations o
- Be an industry thought leader and represent Ceragon at various industry events by actively participating in associations and organization related to the segment o
- Attend tradeshows and participate in other sales/marketing events as required -
Ihr Profil
o
- Bachelor's Degree o
- 5+ years of sales in the SLED Sectors o
- Excellent communication skills required (oral, written & presentation) o
- Excellent negotiation skills o
- Track record of ability to close complex sales o
- Deep understanding of the utility and energy markets o
- Technical background and experience in the communications industry, with knowledge of telecom, and data networks through knowledge in RF, Microwave and wireless products is desired o
- Excellent connections and contacts in one or more of our target markets o
- Recognized as highly credible in a competitive sales environment o
- Ability to work effectively at all levels and thrive under pressure o
- Successful sales leadership experience with high value/price system sales to senior management o
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-Level executives
