Your tasks will be: As a paternity cover we are looking for you to join our IT Business Partnering & Demand Management Team! # Be the central contact person for the strategic relationship between our business units and the IT organization # translation of the strategic requirements of our internal customers into concrete IT needs and coordinate these with the responsible service owners inside the IT # committed to the continuous improvement and optimization of our service portfolio for the benefit of our customers and actively help shape it # Together with our internal customers, you derive the IT requirements from process optimizations as well as new legal and statutory requirements # translation and explaining IT capabilities for the benefit of the customer # leading and managing projects together with the business units # User support and problem solving in interaction with the implementation partners
