Our customer recently became part of an international group, the leading brand for cordless tools for workshop and garden in Germany. With more than 250 items, their battery platform is the most competent platform on the market and offers cordless freedom for professionals and do-it-yourselfers in more than 90 countries. By simply exchanging batteries between devices, the rechargeable battery is able to operate all items within the platform - from drilling machines to chainsaws.

Now, finally in 2023, this world known brand is arriving in Thailand! Our client's existing range of high-pressure cleaners, vacuum cleaners, compressors and water pumps will be upgraded by the portfolio of the battery-operated devices in both, power and garden tools.

Using the market experience of our customer, the German headquarters aim is to capture a leading role in the important Thai home & garden improvement market Together with his German partner, our client now has the full experience of over 2000 experts in not less than 90 countries at his fingertips to build a Thai team of outstanding marketing, e-commerce, and sales experts. They will work closely with the HQ in Germany to build and implement a market strategy that will help the group to reach their goal of 2 billion Euro turnover.

The company is on its way to attracting Thai craftspeople and home improvement enthusiasts to its product as well. Thus, your window of opportunity was just opened.,

  • Overall responsibility to achieve the sales targets as well as developing the market share

  • Implementation of a sales and marketing strategy in a goal-oriented manner

  • Driving the negotiations with decision makers of traditional and modern trade customers

  • Develop and define the long-term product range and pricing strategy jointly with the MD

  • Constant monitoring market and competition, which includes making derived decision proposals

Other duties

  • Creation and submission of the sales budget

  • Support and execute marketing activities

  • Strategic development of the sales and marketing organization

  • Continuous operational expansion of the sales force

  • Maintain & Develop key decision makers



Ihr Profil


  • Superb English, Relevant Experience in DIY, If you have superior English communication skills, a demonstrable track record in e-commerce, and an in-depth understanding of consumer products, then you should apply.,

  • An open and winning personality with strong negotiation and team-building and leadership skills

  • A pioneering spirit with a high degree of self-motivation and enthusiasm for sales

  • Robustly analyzing and implementing strategies and realizing new opportunities for expansion

  • Ability to make decisions with a high degree of responsibility

  • Excellent English providence in reading and writing

Other required skills

  • Experience in working overseas or at international companies

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management or related areas

  • A financial or commercial focus on education a plus

  • Experience in B2B sales and key account management, combined with a knowledge of the Thai non-food market

  • A sound technical background or professional experience of great advantage

  • Authorized to work in Thailand
