Responsibility for the after sales management

Development and implementation of strategies to increase the customer satisfaction and loyalty taking into consideration the targets of the PROBAT group

Monitoring and optimising of the after sales processes to ensure efficiency and quality

Leading and motivating the after sales team to guarantee a first-class service
-
Cooperation with other departments to collect customer feedback and suggest improvements

Preparing of reports and analyses concerning the performance of the after sales department
Ihr Profil
-
Completed studies or comparable training in the field of business administration, engineering or similar
-
Verifiable experience regarding after sales business field or in a comparable position.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

High customer orientation and a sense for details

Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems

Command of written and spoken English

Ability to motivate and develop a team

Willingness to occasionally do international business trips
