Ihre Aufgaben

• Assume responsibility for the 5-Year Business Planning model for our StayCity Group

• Offer valuable assistance and support during the annual budgeting process.

• Deliver critical insights and analytics to our Executive Leadership Team

• Produce the comprehensive Board Report and Monthly Performance Updates, shared with our key stakeholders, including banking partners and other investors.

• Interpret and analyse the financial implications of operational and commercial KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

• Provide essential insights and in-depth analysis regarding capital expenditure, categorized by project

• Conduct a thorough review and analysis of the effectiveness and efficiency of our existing systems, and pioneer strategies for improving these systems.

We are on the search for our next Business Analyst. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Head of FP&A, CFO, and CEO during a period of rapid expansion. We seek an individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, is dedicated to providing valuable insights and analytics, and excels in aiding strategic decision-making. Your passion for analytics and shaping business strategies, combined with your brightness, ambition, numerical acumen, and exceptional communication skills, make you the candidate we're looking for.,

• A solid academic background: You've achieved 450+ Leaving Certificate Points (or an equivalent for international candidates).

• You've earned a 2.1 honours degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field.

• You're a highly analytical individual, at ease when working with numerical data.

• You possess a strong business acumen and are motivated by the opportunity to create a positive impact.

• Proficiency in Excel is a core competency; in fact, you're either already a pro or keen to become one.

• You've got a natural talent for analytics; diving into data and extracting insights.

• Driven by ambition, you are at an early stage in your career but aspire to reach great heights.

• You thrive as a team player and are comfortable in the fast-paced professional landscape.
