Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.

Prepare and organize materials for executive meetings, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up on action items.

Act as a liaison between executives and various internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Events Coordination:

Plan and execute a variety of company events, including conferences, seminars, and team-building activities.

Coordinate logistics for events, such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and attendee accommodations.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events, from conception to post-event evaluation.

Manage event budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with vendors to optimise cost-effectiveness.
Internal Communications:

Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging across the organisation.

Create engaging content for internal communications, including newsletters, memos, and announcements.

Facilitate communication channels between departments to enhance collaboration and information sharing.

Coordinate and contribute to the development of internal events, such as town hall meetings and team-building activities.

Monitor and manage internal communication platforms, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible to all employees.
