Sales Representative for Surefusers & other Hospital Products. Sales Representative will be responsible mostly for domestic sales of Surefusers in Polish. Final goal is to make this person responsible for most of HP offer in Polish market (except those which will be sell by distributors).,

Representing Nipro in pointed accounts of Oncology domestic market (Poland).

Promotion of Nipro products, generate sales orders and contracts, find new customers and new sales opportunities.

Execution of sales individual goals (according to Budget Plan).

Prepare individual sales analysis, reporting sales activities and sale plans, prepare Quotation approvals for offers.
Marketing 10%

Representing Nipro in congresses and work-shops.

Giving presentations and trainings according to Nipro guidelines.
Planning 5%

Prepare of sales budget plan draft for own customers.

Monthly sales forecast and PO forecast input.

Projects planning (demo, etc.).
Ihr Profil

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in medical device sales, preferably within the healthcare industry.

Required experience in sales of medical devices or drugs to public oncology facilities.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Fluency in Polish and English is required.
