Wartungstechniker Dialysetechnik (m/w/d) Raum Leverkusen

Ihre Aufgabe:

• Eigenverantwortliche technische Betreuung aktiver Medizinprodukte und technischen Zubehörs bei Kunden im Raum Leverkusen
• Selbstständige Überwachung, Terminplanung und Durchführung von Servicetätigkeiten im Außendienst
• Ausführung von Installationen, Inbetriebnahmen, Wartungen, sicherheitstechnischen Kontrollen und Modifikationen an Geräten für die Hämodialyse, Peritonealdialyse und Akutdialyse
• Technische Einweisung und Betreuung von Bedienpersonal beim Anwender
• Dokumentation der Serviceaktivitäten gemäß Medizinprodukteverordnung
• Telefonische Fehleranalyse und Reparaturunterstützung für Kunden und Kollegen
• Disposition und Lagerhaltung von Ersatzteilen für den eigenen Aufgabenbereich
• Übernahme von Rufbereitschaften für das Gebiet West sowie Urlaubsvertretung

Ihr Profil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich geprüfter Elektro- / Medizintechniker, Mechatroniker oder Elektrofachkraft
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
• Grundlagenkenntnisse im Bereich der Dialysetechnik, Medizintechnik, Mechanik, Verfahrenstechnik und Elektrotechnik
• Grundlagenkenntnisse über Arbeitsschutz, Medizinproduktegesetz (MPG) und Qualitätsmanagement
• IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (O365) und Grundlagen der Netzwerk- und Hardwaretechnik
• Selbstständige, strukturierte, analytische und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sicheres und freundliches Auftreten
• Reisebereitschaft (national), Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, Führerscheinklasse B
