Service Specialist Maintenance / On-site Service – Finishing (m/f/d)

We need you!

As we are growing, our customer service team for paper, board and tissue machines as well as pulp is growing with us.
The aim of the position is to carry out projects in the field of mechanical service and modernization as part of our finishing division at our customers' sites in Central Europe. We operate as a team in German-speaking countries, short assignments within Europe (mainly DE / BE / NE / LUX / AT / CH) are also included.

Main tasks:

  • On-site project execution, installation and installation supervision
  • Organization and implementation of service and installation work
  • Contact person for the customer regarding technical and project-related questions
  • Preparation of protocols and service reports
  • You are our first contact to the customer!

For this task with a lot of responsibility, but also flexibility, you need:

  • Training with a focus on mechanics / mechanical engineering (e.g. technician or master craftsman), alternatively a lot of experience in comparable work (mechanical service / maintenance)
  • Solid knowledge of mechanics, optionally experience in one or more of the following areas: Hydraulics, pneumatics, drive technology, optical measurement
  • Preferably also industry knowledge in the paper industry
  • Ability to work in a team, as well as good organizational and communication skills
  • Fun and initiative to learn new things
  • At least good to very good German and good written and spoken English language skills
  • Confidence in dealing with the latest IT systems
  • Class B driving license and willingness to travel (~70-80 %)
