Lead the digital enrichment of KWS seeds, driving improved customer access, increased retention, and additional value creation beyond seed value.

Make yourself grow by leading our global digital farming team as our future Head of (m/f/d) Digital Farming Solutions.

You'll strategize, develop, deploy, and continuously enhance digital farming solutions across KWS Group's business units and countries. As the lead of a network of digital farming specialists, you'll engage with stakeholders, with a focus on the Commercial Team of KWS.

This is a permanent, full-time position to be filled in our Headquarters in Einbeck (Lower-Saxony, Germany).,

Ihre Aufgaben

• Develop and drive the strategy for enriching KWS seeds digitally, aligned with evolving farmer needs.

• Take ownership to connect our seeds with relevant digital products and go-to-market by MyKWS.

• Contribute to KWS's value creation by enhancing our products with value-added services (both single-crop and cross-crop).

• Drive commercial impacts of our digital farming solutions

• Initiate, guide, and continuously improve relevant digital farming solutions across the KWS Group.

• Head the team responsible for Digital Farming Solutions, fostering innovation and collaboration.

• Steer the cross-functional ecosystem driving digital farming solutions

• Collaborate with external partners, integrating relevant concepts and solutions.

• Ensure that our digital farming solutions' needs are reflected in R&D and Agroservice data collection.

• Engage and manage stakeholders, with a focus on the Commercial Team of KWS.

• Orchestrate with all BUs rollout of concepts and tools across all business units, ensuring a consistent customer experience.

• Establish economies of scale by standardizing concepts, technical solutions, and data sources across business units and countries.

Ihr Profil

• Hold an academic degree (Master, PhD) with a focus on agronomy, agricultural machinery, agricultural technology and digitalization of agriculture.

• Several years of leadership experience in digital farming and agronomy.

• Proven track record of navigating complex organizational challenges successfully.

• Skilled in building complex digital solutions and ecosystems using cross-functional data structures.

• Strong strategic and conceptual skills to shape KWS's digital enrichment journey.

• Excellent communication and networking abilities to engage stakeholders across marketing, business, R&D, and IT.

• Passion for emerging technologies and a genuine interest in digital solutions.

• Fluent in English (or other European languages).
