Professional Trainer Technical Service (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and deliver technical product training for our solutions in the Cleaning, Disinfection and Sterilization (CDS) business to ensure our customer-facing employees (main target group: field service technicians) are qualified to highest level.
• Your training sessions will cover areas such as inspection, maintenance, minor repair or troubleshooting according to the relevant service manuals.
• Conduct interactive face-to-face training sessions (up to multiple weeks) and further apply blended learning approaches by including live online modules, preparatory material, and others.
• Develop training materials such as online lessons, tutorials, manuals, presentations, and interactive activities. Regularly update these materials and collaborate with relevant parties (e.g. Business Units, digital learning or quality) during the content creation phase when needed.
• Design and conduct both interim and post-training knowledge, skill, and competency assessments to gauge the impact and effectiveness of training sessions within your specialization.
• Identify training needs and develop, implement, evaluate, and continuously improve trainings within your area of expertise.
• Engage actively with business and functional stakeholders across various levels, ensuring that training initiatives align with both immediate requirements and overarching strategic goals.
• Drive engagement and motivation among participants using a rich array of adult learning methods, supporting them throughout their learning journey and creating the right business acumen.
• Develop diverse training materials such as online lessons, tutorials, presentations, and interactive activities. Regularly update these materials and collaborate with relevant parties during the content creation phase when needed.
• Actively participate in and contribute to key strategic initiatives and discussions together with stakeholders and L&D colleagues.
• Utilizing your expertise, facilitate and assist in learning and development measures across an employee's career span, from initial onboarding to continuous learning and certification processes. Your qualification
• Technical education and/or electronic degree (Master, Bachelor, state-certified Technician, Foreman)
• Considerable working experience in a relevant technical environment, for example in the installation and repair of technical devices (medical or similar)
• Experience as a trainer (preferably in the medical field) would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills
• Ability to quickly understand and learn complex topics, and effectively adapt them to suit different learning needs.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to drive group engagement
• Business acumen and service-oriented mindset
• Experience and competence in digital training technologies would be advantageous
• Team player & partnership attitude towards all colleagues
• Can-do-attitude, a proactive and structured working style
• Fluent in spoken and written English, further languages and/or basic German will be preferred.
• Affinity, enthusiasm and fundamental knowledge for medical technology and electronical devices
