Ihre Aufgaben

• Leverage your network and relationships to drive new business opportunities and strengthen existing client partnerships in the life sciences sector.

• Identify and pursue high-potential sales opportunities, leading strategic conversations and cultivating strong client relationships.

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the firm's presence in the SAP consulting space.

• Actively participate in thought leadership activities, including writing articles, attending conferences, and representing the firm in industry forums. 2. Client Delivery & Relationship Management

• Lead large-scale SAP implementation and optimization projects within the life sciences industry, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, translating those into SAP solutions that drive value and transformation.

• Provide oversight and guidance to teams delivering SAP projects, ensuring the highest levels of service and quality.

• Foster long-term, trusted relationships with clients, becoming their strategic advisor and go-to partner for SAP-related solutions. 3. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and grow the SAP consulting team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Help build a high-performance team through recruitment, training, and career development.

• Promote a collaborative and inclusive culture within the firm that aligns with our human approach to business and people. 4. Strategic Input & Innovation

• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to define and refine the firm's strategic vision for SAP consulting services within the life sciences sector.

• Stay at the forefront of SAP developments, life sciences trends, and industry challenges, ensuring the firm's offerings remain innovative and competitive.
