Ihre Aufgaben

As a Business Analyst Working Student, you will support the team in collecting, analyzing data, generating insights, and assisting in the development of business intelligence solutions that drive commercial strategies. This role is ideal for students looking to gain hands-on experience in business analytics and intelligence while working alongside experienced professionals.,

• Assist in data collection, data cleansing, and data analysis, including but not limited to:

• Gather data from various sources, including internal databases, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and external market reports.

• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of datasets, identifying and rectifying inconsistencies or errors.

• Standardize data formats and categories for better analysis, particularly focusing on pricing variables and commercial performance metrics.

• Generate insights from sales data to identify opportunities for optimizing pricing structures and improving profitability.

• Prepare detailed reports and visualizations to present findings to the commercial team, highlighting actionable insights and recommendations.

• Support in the documentation of processes and procedures related to BI operations.

• Participate in meetings to discuss findings and provide actionable recommendations.

• Support ad-hoc analysis projects as required.

Ihr Profil

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Experience with commercial data, sales operations tasks and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Access, SQL, Tableau), particularly Salesforce, is a big plus.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to communicate fluently in both German and English

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, a solution-oriented mindset, and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• A passion for healthcare and a desire to make a difference in the Eye Health business.
